Ontario Towing School
Acceptance of Terms
By registering for the Ontario Tow Truck Driver Certification Program, students acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, as well as all Ontario Towing School policies, procedures, and program requirements.
Student Registration
Students are responsible for ensuring that all registration information provided during enrollment is accurate, complete, and current.
Ontario Towing School reserves the right to refuse, suspend, cancel, or terminate registrations where false, misleading, fraudulent, or incomplete information has been provided.
Course Access and Participation
Course access is provided exclusively to the registered student and may not be shared, transferred, assigned, sold, or used by any other individual.
Students are responsible for protecting their usernames, passwords, authentication codes, and account information.
All online lessons, learning activities, Module Quizzes, practical training activities, the Final Certification Examination, and all certification requirements must be completed by the registered student.
Students must complete the program in the order presented and satisfy all prerequisite requirements before advancing through the course.
Course Integrity
Students must complete all training honestly and independently.
Any attempt to:

Share accounts or login credentials

Impersonate another student

Falsify records or documentation

Use unauthorized assistance during assessments

Allow another individual to complete training activities

Compromise the integrity of the training program
may result in suspension, removal from the program, cancellation of certification eligibility, loss of course access, or other corrective action.
Practical Training Attendance
Students are responsible for attending practical training sessions as scheduled.
Students must arrive on time and prepared for training with all required documentation, valid identification, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
Students who are unable to attend a scheduled practical training session must notify Ontario Towing School as soon as possible.
Practical training cancellations made less than forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled training date may be subject to a seventy-five dollar ($75.00) rescheduling fee.
Students who fail to attend a scheduled practical training session without notice may forfeit their practical training fees and may be required to pay additional fees before a new training date will be scheduled.
Ontario Towing School reserves the right to review exceptional circumstances, including medical emergencies, on a case-by-case basis.
Student Safety
Students participating in practical training must follow all instructor directions, safety procedures, and PPE requirements at all times.
Ontario Towing School reserves the right to remove any student from practical training activities where unsafe behaviour creates a risk to themselves, instructors, other students, or the public.
Liability and Assumption of Risk
Students acknowledge that practical towing and recovery training involves vehicles, equipment, tools, environmental conditions, and activities that may present inherent risks.
By participating in practical training, students agree to follow all safety instructions, policies, and procedures provided by Ontario Towing School instructors.
Students assume responsibility for their actions during practical training and agree to participate in a safe and responsible manner.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any rights or protections provided by applicable law.
Intellectual Property
All course materials, lesson content, audio recordings, videos, quizzes, examinations, documents, images, presentations, and training resources are the property of Ontario Towing School.
Course materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, recorded, shared, modified, sold, published, uploaded, transmitted, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Ontario Towing School.
Photography and Media
Ontario Towing School may photograph or record practical training activities for educational, training, quality assurance, or promotional purposes.
Students who do not wish to appear in photographs or recordings must notify Ontario Towing School in writing before participating in practical training.
Refunds, Cancellations, and Rescheduling
Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling requests are governed by the Ontario Towing School Refund, Cancellation, and Rescheduling Policy.
Students are responsible for reviewing and understanding all applicable policies before registering for training.
Certification
Successful completion of the Ontario Tow Truck Driver Certification Program does not guarantee issuance of a Tow Driver Certificate by the Ministry of Transportation.
Ontario Towing School is responsible for delivering approved training and reporting successful completion.
The Ministry of Transportation is responsible for reviewing applications and issuing Tow Driver Certificates.
Students are responsible for ensuring they meet all Ministry eligibility, application, and certification requirements.
Changes to Policies and Program Requirements
Ontario Towing School reserves the right to update policies, procedures, course requirements, training materials, schedules, and program content as required to maintain compliance with legislation, regulations, Ministry requirements, and industry standards.
